FloMorata Range

FloMorata provides the flexibility to be used for a wide range of reservoir sands whilst providing a large open flow area for fluid production. The FloMorata screen has been designed with non-uniform pore openings, enabling the screen to retain a large range of particle sizes, providing the flexibility to use the screen in different sands. The inner layer of FloMorata is based on an innovative punch pattern with a 400μm opening to minimise plugging while running in hole. Integral centralisers ensure proper stand-off to the base pipe and protect the screen from damage and gauge distortion while pushing through high doglegs. The filter media is installed onto the inner layer and fully protected by an outer shroud. The multi-layer design provides a large open flow area of up to 40%. The screens can be deployed as a stand-alone option (FloMax) or in conjunction with OFS's passive (FloRight) or autonomous (FloSure) inflow control devices to regulate flow and create a highly effective sand control solution.
